Shipping policy

  • Orders will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days. (This countdown starts after Approval, Payment & Artwork is confirmed.)
  • Tracking numbers will be sent out via email or SMS once package is shipped out. Once the package leaves you will have to contact the selected carrier for any claims or issues that might come about.
  • If order has been shipped, we will be unable to change the order.
  • Full payment and approval are required before any Order can be put into production.
